The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The location was very convenient and close to Milano Centrale station. The room was nice and the staff were generally helpful.
I was disappointed with the attitude of some staff members. When I asked about drinking water, they laughed, which made me feel uncomfortable. I expected more professional and respectful service from a hotel of this standard.

Returned after two years and was delighted to find that the hotel still maintains its high standards. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The fully air-conditioned room was a huge advantage during the hot Milan summer in August. A comfortable and enjoyable stay—I would happily return again.
Everything is perfect ! The receptions are so helpful given information and provide guide. Nothing to complain.

Location was ideal just a few mins from Milano centrale . Breakfast was fabulous a bit of everything and all freshly prepared and healthy . Quite a variety of selection . Tasty and delicious The staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant . The rooms clean and bright minimalist but had everything that’s was needed . So comfy pillows and bed . The shower was great .
Also had complimentary drinks from the mini bar in my room .
