Wonderful customer service from the whole team - reception, restaurant staff and housekeeping, and always with a smile.. I arrived at midday and appreciated being able to check in early with a minimum of fuss.. Love the large windows in the room, how quiet it was, the clean, minimalist design and super comfy bed. The restaurant staff were very helpful and patient in guiding me through the menu to find gluten free options of which there was a good choice and it was all delicious.

Property was very clean and to a good standard and located next to the central station which was a plus. Also not far from central locations. Cleaners were really friendly and accommodating when making up the room.
Dripping sounds in the room at night which happened randomly. More importantly we booked 2 rooms and specifically selected 2 single beds in each room, but only to find they had on king size bed. They managed to change one room with single beds, said they would change the second room the next day but no communication so didn’t end up moving and no compassion from the receptionist to compensate for the mistake.
