    We stay regularly at this hotel as the staff and location are very good. Highly recommend.

    Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disappointment. The air conditioning was ineffective, it was set to the lowest temperature (20°C on high) yet wouldn't cool the room below 25°C, even after running continuously for 18 hours. When I requested assistance from the front desk, they sent a technician who merely confirmed it was on the coolest setting. He left promising to investigate further but never returned or resolved the issue. Additionally, I requested an iron and ironing board, which the hotel never provided. The lobby smelled strongly like a nightclub ashtray, adding to the discomfort. The beds and bedding were cheap-feeling and uncomfortable, making for poor sleep quality. Although the location was acceptable, the numerous issues significantly impacted my experience. I would not stay here again.
