    This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It looks like a small motel locates between the two small shops. The location is very convenient however.

    First time in this hotel and we loved it, the hotel had modern rooms and the service was real good, the guy in the reception area was so nice and helpful, the breakfast was good, you also could order two styles of eggs, quite hotel in the city centre

    This is a really good upmarket city hotel in a great location with an easy walk to the main sites (10 mins to La Scala and Duomo) and easy access to the luxury shops and restaurants including the lively Brera district. The staff were very helpful although lacking a bit in local knowledge at times (eg how to use the trams). The room was nice and spacious and clean and we had a sweet little balcony. The bathroom was quite poorly designed but functional and clean. Not easy to apply make up as the lighting was awkward and there was no shelf at a sensible height to place things on so you ended up balancing products on the sink which was not ideal. The bath was quite difficult to get in and out of as the shower door is fixed too. The evening complimentary sparkling wine and light snacks was a delightful treat in the bar each evening. Very friendly bar staff too. Breakfast was also pleasant as were the breakfast team although the lack of any real choice over cooked breakfast was unusual. It really is mainly a buffet continental breakfast with a very limited choice of hot food which, for a hotel of this calibre, was surprising. Overall though we would recommend this hotel and would return.
