Location and 24 hours reception desk were good.
Bathroom could be cleaner. Also the room door opening and closing was a bit loud and not comfortable for other people sleeping in the dorm.

Staff were so lovely, we had a bit of an incident in our room which was out of their control and they handled it really well and gave us a new room free of charge for just us! Clean, with a great location, super near the metro and walking distance from the main train station.
Blankets were a bit uncomfortable and scratchy. Definitely be prepared for the fact that you have to share as there is very little privacy. Bring a lock for the lockers.
