    Room was cold, there were not nothing in room. Shower set was very bad

    So revolting we left a night early and it ruined our time in Milan. I wish we left the minute we arrived!! Disgusting unsanitary yellow brown stained lumpy old mattresses you wouldn’t put a homeless person on to sleep. Broken cracked sink. Stained bathroom floor. Bathroom door jammed and wouldn’t close. Abrupt staff lacking any friendliness. Ripped old flags. Beds had no blankets and we were freezing as the window was broken. I have photos submitted as evidence. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
