The place itself is wonderful—spacious, clean, and with a fresh, pleasant atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is also very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the metro, with the Duomo only about 30 minutes away. There are also a Coop and a Penny supermarket nearby, making it easy to pick up anything you need during your stay.

The bed linens and towels could use some updating, as some were worn. The biggest downside was the lack of soundproofing—you can hear quite a bit from the hallway and neighboring rooms, including doors slamming at night, which made it difficult to get a quiet night’s sleep.

Everything was perfect, it was very clean and smelled nice the minute we stepped in. The check-in was also very good.

I would like the city tax price to be included in the booking price. not after.

The owners/host was so helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel very welcome. It is a budget place to stay but it is clean, everything is comfortable and is more than adequate and so I can highly recommend it if someone is looking for somewhere basic whilst exploring the city

Good points are: Strategic location close to the tangenziale but with easy access to the Metro, great communication with the gentle and active staff. Spacious and clean room. Good opportunity for parking.

1. Noise. We were woken up at 23.40 by loud noises like a renovation. It turned out there was a guy in a big kitchen washing , banging and clashing pans for 40 minutes despite my gentle “is everything ok?” And his reply “well I just came after work I have to do it!” In the morning at 5 again other banging doors and youngsters chatting loud. 2. Bathroom: there isn’t a shelf or anything to put a little bag with makeup or just toothbrushes. Just a little soap dish for … some liquid soap in small sachets which are easily wasted. A simple dispenser on the wall would be much better especially in the little shower where you literally have to put everything on the floor. 3. Lights: 90’s style gas bulbs slowly turning on and not really giving justice to the place.
