About this house rental
Two bedroom home with off-street under cover parking within walking distance to the Belconnen town centre. This property has two bedrooms (king and queen beds) and a queen size sofa bed in the lounge room. It is within easy walking distance to a major shopping centre, fitness centre with pools and spas and the University of Canberra. Hospitals and sporting grounds are close by, as well as the Canberra Civic centre. This is a great place to stay for visiting family and friends, attending sporting events, and accommodating business and trades people.

Highly recommend this 2x1 house which has everything you could possibly need for any amount of time. We were surprised how big this place was inside.
Each bedroom has either a queen or king bed, semi ensuite, massive lounge area and great kitchen, dining area and lovely little patio out the back.
The owner was very friendly and quick with replies.
The driveway can be a little tricky if you have a large car, beware of the rocks on the left hand side.
Good idea to take some earplugs as there is a main road not far from the property.
The property is located in a good area not far from most of the attractions in Canberra.
