The open dining space and lounge/TV room greet you when you enter through the front door.

The dining room table accommodates 6. You are then led to a big beautiful kitchen stocked with all your culinary needs. There is a dishwasher, gas burner cooktop, oven, microwave, mixer, toaster and fridge/freezer for your convenience.

Bedroom 3 - has a queen bed.
The large window overlooks Petterd Street, has a built-in wardrobe, and bedside table with separate study desk and chair.

Great functional property, everything we needed for our family of 5 (kids aged 6, 8, 9). Good location, not too far from all we wanted to see in Canberra. Thanks for having us!

Jocelyn was a great host she was so welcoming and communicated within short notice if we needed anything.
The house was clean and the air con worked really well. Plenty of space so we didnt feel like we were ontop of each other.
