Latham home

Everything was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, it felt like my mum had been there preparing everything with care before I arrived. The space had such a warm, welcoming feeling—it truly felt like home. Everything was spotless, beautifully arranged, and incredibly comfortable. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into making guests feel so at ease.

Great location for the reason we were in Canberra. House had 3 choices of communal areas plus the kitchen. The house provided an air fryer a must for the younger generation!. Plenty of space in the pantry and a large fridge freezer provided. The 3 bedrooms were good sizes with plenty of hanging and cupboard space. Overall an absolutely fantastic 3 bedroom house to stay in.

It's not a, didn't like, more of a maintenance list. The front path is uneven and access at night can be tricky for the older person, perhaps a sensor light at the start of the path? I would have liked to have used the outdoor lounge setting but it did not look appealing, so none of us used it. The single bed was apparently comfortable just small for a grown man. Probably the only thing I didn't like and didn't follow the instructions given to me on the day of arrival, was to not park in the driveway but out on the street. As parking had been a selected item and there was nothing to state it was on street parking, rather than the assumed off street parking, I would have liked to know what sort of parking is actually provided. On this trip we ensured the car did not block the other driveway to the house behind.

It was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The yard is safe for medium and large dogs. Fans in the bedrooms.

There were ants in the kitchen and nothing to spray them with.
