New and modern. Had everything our family needed to enjoy our stay and at an affordable price. Walking distance to shops. Private, secure car park with videos to help you find your way through. Easy pick up and drop off for keys. Overall we loved our stay and would stay again without hesitation.

The location was good and it was near the shops

The location was OK and the place was very new and modern.

Key Collection: The key collection was difficult as it was very hard to get a park. Car parking: The car park was very difficult to find the entry because the name of the lane on the check-in instructions didn't exist in Google Maps or Apple Maps; it was called a completely different name (Winston Lane not Soho Ct). We drove around for ages, and when I spoke to the lady on the phone (she was very nice), she had no idea of the Canberra area, as she was in Brisbane. When we entered the car park after much searching for our car spot, we finally found it and made it up to the room. Room: Once we arrived at the room, we had no idea that the room numbers were the exact same for each building, even though all three buildings looked the same - we had the right room number but the wrong building. Due to the poor mobile service in the area, it was very hard to talk to the lady again to find out why the key wouldn't work. Once we entered the room, we were overwhelmed with an intense smell of new paint and what almost smelled like smoke. We then realised that there was no Wi-Fi, and the mobile service was almost unusable.
