Good communication with hosts. Instructions for key pick-up were really clear. Pick-up location was close by, which was really convenient after a long flight and especially since I didn't have a car. Apartment was well-equipped. Location in Dickson area was great.
Not much of a view from the balcony but that's a very minor issue (I didn't spend much time there since the weather was so cold) and not really within the host's control.

The apartment was beautiful and well equipped comfortable and had a great location.
Difficult to initially access. Lots of written instructions that I found confusing but once I contacted them by phone they walked me through how to access the lock box for the key it was ok. Thanks for the patience.

It’s really hard to locate the lift to the apartment and you’ll end up in a lift that not moving.
Hard to get through to staff after 10PM
Not recommended for late check-ins
Underground car park is like a maze
