Waste traps in bathroom were abit smelly but it was manageable

The Apartment was in great location, walking distance to restaurants and super markets.The unit was spacious with comfortable beds

Another key would have been great. Allowing everyone to be independent. As you need the key to leave the building

The location was excellent. The size of the apartment was as expected. The balcony was good. Parking was included and good. The owner responded well to quetions.

We had a problem opening the door to the apartment. It required a good shove. It appeared to be locked and we phoned the owner and he acknowledged that there was a problem. The location of the allocated parking space was an issue. Numbered spaces appeared to be located randomly. The apartment was quite cheaply furnished. There was virtually no soap in the bathroom dispensers. There was quite a lot of hair on the floor of the ensuite bathroom. There was a cupboard near the kitchen that was CHAINED shut. I presume that this contained maintenance products. It struck me as rather 'passive aggresive' and over the top. Almost threatening to guests. The garbage bin was from Ikea and totally unsuited to the configuration of the cupboard. The condtions of rental that were emailed to me were absurd and over the top. They referred to child prostitution and drug use ad nauseum. It was rediculous and insulting. The owner is obviously new to this...but he needs to get up to speed! Potentially a good apartment to rent, but let down by the inexperience of the owner.
