Everything was great. Plenty of room & having two bathrooms really made a difference. Large sized towels was a nice surprise.Secured undercover parking & close proximity to everything made for less stress.
The only thing that was disappointing was grease on the white towels otherwise it would have been 10/10. There was a little noise from overhead tenants however we understand that’s not always considered by them.

It’s very clean and comfortable. It is warm in the winter of Canberra. We don’t feel cold in the room. The property is very secure.
It is a little bit far from supermarket and restaurants.

Really clean, well fitted out, comfortable and surprisingly large rooms. Also very convenient to central Canberra with close access to regular frequent public transport
There was a constant loud fan noise in the main bathroom which unfortunately created a constant annoying background noise in the second bedroom. The rest of the unit was unaffected by this noise. I didn't like key pick up not being within an easy walk of the unit

Location was good, close to public transport. The apartment was spacious.
Things do not look so clean, probably because they are a bit worn. Beds are too soft. Pillow cases have got mould marks. Traffic noise was loud especially when there were sirens.
