The location was amazing right in the city centre which was great, the apartment was a little small, and perhaps needed a small dining table.
Picking up the keys was very difficult as the key box was in an alley way where it was used by cars and trucks and not very safe. The bathroom shower clean was not very clean and the bathroom in general could have done with a deeper clean.

It was fully liveable with a good kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable beds. Great location across the road from the Canberra Center, and not far from restaurants and bars, and the local tourist attractions. The security was great and the ducted air conditioning.
Unfortunately the cleaning wasn't the best as we moved in. The microwave was filthy, there was a full lint filter in the dryer. There was mould and soap scum in the bathroom, and onion peelings in the pantry. The tea towels had a bad aroma like they haven't been washed, and a general poor presentation for a beautiful unit. I would audit your cleaning contractor, or pay them more for a better job.

The location was great. apartment size was perfect for us
Car parking was a bit complicated as not in numerical order but based on lift location so Car park 107 may have been next to car park 315
