    I am extremely disappointed with the condition of Room 40 at your property. I have been travelling since 2006 and have stayed in around 80 hotels, motels, holiday parks, and other accommodation providers around the world. Without question, this was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. I booked through Agoda and checked in at approximately 8:30 pm on 11 July 2026. Unfortunately, we were forced to leave the property at around 11:00 pm because of the strong foul smell and severe stinging sensation in the room. My children and I were unable to sleep or even stay comfortably inside the room. The bathroom basin did not drain properly, the room was not clean, and the overall condition was unacceptable. After a long day of travelling, we expected to rest, but instead we had to drive all the way back home late at night. Before leaving, I returned the room key cards with a written note explaining the issues and also informed the property security about the problems. I find it very disappointing that guests are charged for accommodation that is in such poor condition. This level of cleanliness and maintenance is unprofessional and falls well below reasonable expectations. I would appreciate a response from the property regarding this matter and an explanation of how this situation will be addressed. Room: 40
