Large, beautiful villa "Ca' del Vento", 300 m a.s.l., detached from the 19th century, renovated, surrounded by fields and vineyards. In the hamlet Orzola 1 km from the centre of Zenevredo, 24 km from the centre of Pavia, 70 km from the centre of Milano, in a sunny position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), 120 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 2'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool with privacy (11 x 5 m, depth 150 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 19.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 50 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bar 1.2 km, railway station "Stradella" 3 km, thermal baths "Salice Terme" 42 km. Golf course (18 hole) 27 km. Please note: suitable for families.
