Fabulous, authentic and film set like property, could not have enjoyed it more

Amazing experience

Welcoming, generous and friendly staff, location beautiful, renovation of good quality - good to have air con as we arrived at 34 degrees. Restaurant next door had superb home grown food- real farm to table . Even the wine was made from grapes grown on site and the pasta from their wheat. Ad hoc tour of the farm was very special. Dogs were welcome.

Rooms have charming historic feel. Clean and very nice. The breakfast was lovely. Good overnight stop. Clear instructions to find the place.

Booked specifically because it mentions lunch and dinner available at lovely restaurant. Stayed over Sunday night and very disappointed that no mention made on booking info that they do not serve dinner on a Sunday. Paid when booked so could not change plans. Would have loved to just relax and eat after a long drive.

Lots of character and excellent service at a most reasonable price

The place is a functioning farm. The guest quarters (reception, bedrooms and breakfast area) are in beautifully restored old buildings with lots of character. The area itself is most peaceful with tree lined lanes and fields. The restaurant that is part of the complex (though located a few minutes away on foot) also has lots of character and serves great food at most reasonable prices. But the best part may well be the staff. Achmed (originally from Syria) was a perfect host who speaks very good English and is attuned to the needs of the guests. At breakfast time, the team also was keen to please the guests. In short, we had a most enjoyable stay with good memories and will certainly be back if our travels bring us to the area again.

It does take about 10-15 minutes to get from the autobahn to the farm, a route that one should preview on a mapping program to make sure one is going the right way. But as explained above, it's worth the drive. Bedrooms (at least the 3-person room we had) are on the upper level, requiring climbing an easy flight of stairs; there is no elevator.

The breakfast was good. The people running the agriturismo just took over 3 weeks before our visit. They were very friendly and made a reservation for dinner at a nearby agriturismo where we had a wonderful dinner (partly without gluten), only a 5 minute walk down the road.

when we arrived their was a birthdayparty going on with lots of very noisy kids. We had to leave to get some quietness. bathrooms are very old and worn.

Lovely, comfortable lodgings, very well priced

This is a beautiful property with very well appointed, large, and stylish rooms near the highway. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The price was excellent for the value.

It was a little unclear to us which parts of the property were open to us and which were not. We did not receive information on Wifi. Limited English overall just made understanding what we could do a little challenging, but this is to be expected in this region - not everyone will speak English and that’s okay!

A wonderful stay

I liked basically everything. The host accommodated our needs and desires (extra pillows, late check in and check out, etc), she is a very friendly and helpful lady! I found the beds to be quite comfortable and had a very good sleep (which is a rare occasion for me), and the place is also very quiet.

Stay at at farm

The hosts were amazing and very patient (I say patient because we arrived very late due to traffic & then we had to take small roads where speed is limited to 50 km/hr). Thank you Benedetta for being so kind and warm despite our delay and for the detailed explanation on how to get there! The place (which is a big farm) was incredible and situated in a nice quiet area. The room was large and spacious and met our expectations. Breakfast was excellent and delicious!

Very nice property near to Voghera. Lovely big rooms, very clean and well maintained. Excellent for dogs as there are fields for them to walk and run in. The restaurant serves very good home made food you are unlikely to get in a town restaurant. Very helpful staff.
