Take earplugs, a warm blanket and toilet paper with you

1 minute away by car from Serravalle Outlet. The best pillows in an accommodation I've ever slept on. Spacious rooms. There are a few free parking spots, which is very convenient. Good and adequate communication with the host. Great coffee machine with coffee capsules, which is a must in the morning.

Where should I start from... I would call this place a small American style motel, rather than a cosy Italian place to stay. 1. The bedrooms are overlooking a very busy highway, so you can hear the sound of the vehicles 24/7. I reccommend using earplugs. The living rooms, where the sofa is extended and 2 more people could sleep are also overlooking a busy road, so you are surrounded by noise all the time. 2. Upon our arrival, in ap 3, when extending the sofa, we found rubbish inside, such as chips, pillows, it was disgusting. 3. We were 8 adults, accommodated in apartment 3 and apartment 5 - 4 people in each ap. We were never informed that in ap 5 the bathroom is inside the bedroom, so the adults, sleeping on the sofa needed to eneter the bedroom in order to use the toilet. Absolutely inconvenient and irritating. 4. In ap 5 the first night we didn't have hot water and we were freezing in the bedroom, as the gas heating stopped working in the afternoon due to some technical issue. However, the next day a mechanic was sent and the problem was solved. Hopefully, there was an air conditioner, too, which did some work for the others in the living room. On the other hand, in apartment 3, it was boiling hot, so they slept with windows open. 5. For 3 nights, we were given 2 rolls of toilet paper in total for the two apartments, for 8 people. Obviously, we asked for some additional appliances, however, we never received such. Luckily, there is a huge supermarket near the outlet.

Not well maintained. I don’t advise to stay here in cold weather. It was not heated and we had to sleep in our jackets till it became a bit warm. The warm water also takes time to flow. No lift so had to carry the luggage up the stairs.

Nice apartments . Huge place. Good location. Professional management. Easy to get in.

Booking was made for 3 persons. They didn’t leave an extra bed sheet for 3 person. Not enough coffee and no shower equipments.

Awesome location — super close to Serravalle Outlet. The place was clean, good for families, and really worth the price. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for those visiting the area!

Konumu outlete çok yakındı. Personel görmedik ama iletişim rahatça whatsapp’tan kurabildik.

Beklentiniz yüksek olmasın. Yol üstü olduğu için biraz gürültülü. İçeride ki kombi de gürültülü ve su akıttığı için biraz koku oldu. Kahve makinası bozuktu bunu bildirdim ama değiştirilmedi. Çarşaf ve yorgan daha temiz olabilirdi.

Acqua calda inesistente. Riscaldamento non funzionante. Appartamento vicino, sempre gestito dallo stesso host, affittato per una festa che è andata avanti fino a mattina tra urla e rumori. Nessun supporto concreto dall’host.

Prima plek voor een bezoek aan de outlet.

Wanneer je voor de outlet komt is dit een super plek, maar verder zit je echt op een soort bedrijventerrein aan de drukke weg. Basic ingericht, maar prima voor een nachtje. Airco werkt goed en het is vooral een heel ruim appartement. Grote supermarkt in de buurt en je kunt je auto voor de deur parkeren.

Het wordt verhuurd als appartement, maar er hangt een briefje dat je de keuken niet mag gebruiken. Geen gordijnen, dus de lampen van de auto’s van de drukke weg schijnen in je appartement. Bij ons was de badkamer niet schoongemaakt. Verder zag het er netjes uit.

Proximité de l’outlet, à 5 min Taille de l’appartement

Mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée l’appartement était sale, il y avait toujours les draps des précédents résidents, les poubelles (cuisines et salle de bain avec les serviettes hygiéniques …)les cannettes et bouteilles ouvertes dans le frigo, et cannettes vides sur le plan de travail. Quelqu’un s’est déplacé et nous a donné des draps et serviettes de toilettes propres. Il a aussi récupéré les canettes du plan de travail.nous avons demandé des produits et avons nettoyé nous même les sanitaires. Les femmes de ménage devaient venir le lendemain mais à notre grande surprise quand nous sommes rentrés le soir c’était toujours pareil!! Le seul geste accordé a été un discount de €50 ….merci pour l’effort sachant que nous avons payé €280 pour avoir le droit de dormir avec les déchets et autres des précédents visiteurs!! Nous ne recommandons pas !! Rapport qualité prix n’y ait clairement pas!

Все було чудово😊Переживала, що буде чути трасу, але вікна щільні і було тихо. Завдяки кондиціонеру було прохолодно. Білосніжна постіль, рушники, зручне ліжко. Добре виспались після та перед закупами в аутлеті, він зовсім поруч. Через дорогу смачний ресторанчик. Як будемо в Серравалле, то обовʼязково повернемось.
