Above Ovada, outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Ovada, in an elevated position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), 40 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1 ha, garden (not fenced), meadow, swimming pool (above ground) (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
