What a gem of a place! Beautiful nature, comfortable apartment, amazing pool surrounded by lush hills. There is even a hiking opportunity on the property. This was a great place for our family (including a 7 year old). We loved staying here. The town of Varzi is very charming and close by and day trips to swimming spots on the Trebbia river are under an hour away. Sara and Davide were gracious hosts. Davide is the king of cappucini, salame, apple juice, and good conversations!
No complaints. Asks Sara or Davide and they will make sure you have what you need.

Struttura nuova, tenuta benissimo posto meraviglioso, camera bellissima pulita ,ampia, letto comodo e le travi di legno stupende , vabbè la piscina impagabile! Una vera oasi di pace e natura. Esperienza unica come unico il proprietario Davide!!! Persona umile alla mano sempre disponibile e premuroso! Senza di lui non sarebbe la stessa cosa! E senza i suoi salumi!! Grazie davvero!! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente! ❤️

La camera Rugiada tutta nuova su due piani davvero stupenda ,materassi comodissimi e anche i cuscini ,pulitissima impeccabile ,doccia iper spaziosa ,biancheria morbida .La colazione eccellente ,le torte preparate da loro una al cioccolato una alle mele erano squisite ,ottimo anche il salato con salumi e caprino fresco ,La piscina una piccola chicca ,pulitissima e fresca ,lettini a bordo piscina molto comodi ,disponibile un frigo bar con bevande fresche a pagamento
