We had a lovely stay, the pub was great and the room had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, you could choose the items you wanted on a cooked breakfast and I could tell it was all of very good quality.
The shower fitting was a bit wobbly that's all really.

A nice little room with welcoming fudge! The location was perfect for our overnight stay to see a concert. The room was clean. Lots of tea bags and a kettle. Breakfast was cooked to order with additional choice of yoghurt, toast etc.
I found the room cold. The heating was not on and it was the second week in October (but my husband said he was ok!)
We parked in the nearby multi-story car park on the top floor and bought what we thought was a one-day ticket. Then we realised that the ticket only lasted till the car park opened the following day and not for 24 hours as we had thought.

The room was large, well equipped & very comfy. Breakfast was great, lots of choice & cooked fresh. Lunch food menu was really good.

Although breakfast was advertised as being available, and there was a menu in the room, we were told there wasn't any breakfast.
Similarly there was supposed to be parking, but there wasn't any at the hotel.
Although some people were eating when we arrived, we were told that they couldn't provide any food for us.
There appeared to be a general indifference to our custom.
