Aidan and Linda run the perfect B&B!

Perfectly located on the edge of Dartmoor. Beautiful decor and soft furnishings. Good size room and en-suite, comfortable bed. Really nice hosts and fellow guests who we enjoyed chatting with. Great breakfasts to set us up for the day.

A brilliant find of a b&b - so welcoming and the best breakfast cooked to your liking. The room and en-suite bathroom were a good size & clean.

A warm, welcoming stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harrabeer Country House. From the moment we walked through the door, we were warmly greeted by Linda and her adorable dog, Dylan. She welcomed us with genuine hospitality and immediately made us feel at home. From that point on, the service and overall experience were exceptional. The rooms are beautifully decorated – every detail has clearly been thoughtfully considered. Breakfast was an absolute highlight. Aidan is a fantastic cook and his homemade bread was a real treat. We would highly recommend Harrabeer Country House- a huge thank you!

This was our favourite stay on our 3 week trip to the UK. The accomodation and breakfast were outstanding and the owners so lovely - it felt a bit like staying with family. Such a good spot to explore Devon and Dartmoor.

A stunning country hotel in a beautiful location, with the friendliest welcome! We loved our 1 night stay. I don’t think we’ve ever met such lovely owners, so cheerful and kind! And of course we loved the dog :)

If I had to pick one thing then a king size bed instead of a double, it would have made the stay just a bit better. But the double bed was extremely comfy and lush!

Hosts were warm, friendly and welcoming. Room comfortable. Bed - very comfortable. Cooked breakfast in the morning was excellent. Fresh fruit and yoghurt best I have ever had.

Disappointing and poor value for money.

Looked good in the photos online but sadly misleading.

Very small parking area, sour smell of property on arrival, small room, cramped bathroom, mould on ceiling in bathroom, cheap toiletries, small communal table for breakfast. We left and stayed elsewhere as it was not an enjoyable experience. Poor value for money.

If you want the countryside experience with caring owners this is a good place to stay.

The owner and his wife couldn't do enough to ensure we were happy. The breakfast was really good with home made bread, jam etc. every day

The mattresses were not that comfortable and noise came through the walls. The owners told us they had not been informed about the problems and would now be replacing the mattresses and having extra sound proofing added.

The cooked breakfast, including the artisan bread was exceptional. We especially loved the home made English Muffins and chatting with Aidan and Linda (and meeting Dylan the dog). Walking distance to nice pub.
