We absolutely loved this hotel. The decor is beautiful the whole place has a lovely homely, country feel, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and it’s immaculate. Our room was gorgeous with lovely touches like home made biscuits a luxurious bed waiting for us and our dog along with bowls and treats for her. The staff were very friendly and helpful from reception, breakfast and domestic. Beautiful grounds and lovely shop on site. Only issue was there was a lot of noise from the road.

Every person we met in the hotel was extremely friendly, happy, helpful and welcoming. We were looked after so well by everyone, including dealing with allergies in the restaurant. The breakfast was good and the dinner was wonderful (very flexible with the menu). The bed was really comfortable. Even though our rooms were near the road I slept easily with my earplugs. The only slight challenge was turning on the huge rose style shower without getting your hair soaked as we didn't have a shower cap.

Bit disappointing. Poor internet in some rooms. Bar food was not to my liking. Rooms ok. Total mess up with my bill and overcharged on breakfast and on total bill. Even overcharged my c/card when they new bill was wrong and caused me some major issues with my business expense claims.
