My husband and I had the most incredible stay with Luca at Nel Verde. We were his guests for a week. The apartment is incredibly clean, stylish, and well-appointed. No separate kitchen, but a mini fridge and snacking necessities (plates, cups, etc) were all we needed. Luca made us breakfast every morning - he was readily reachable on Whatsapp, and whether it was 9am or noon, he so joyfully offered us the most delicious local pastries, focaccia, fresh fruit, and cappuccino. What a way to start the morning!
The garden behind the apartment is absolutely gorgeous and we spent many blissful hours reading, enjoying the sun and shade, and wonderful smells from all the aromatic plants. The ducks next door are adorable. The view is blissful and romantic. Being able to step from the bedroom to garden was a luxury. The garden is not 100% private, but in the entire week we were there, only once did new guests pass through for check-in. Everyone is extremely friendly and respectful.
The multiple layers of privacy: external blackout shutters, interior glass windows, and light gauze curtains, was so well- thought out to give exactly the amount of fresh air, privacy, sleeping comfort, and temperature control desired.
Parking was super easy, and Rapollo is a wonderful seaside town with great restaurants and beautiful views. Driving was very accessible - the autostrade entrance is a few minutes away, but you'd never know it. There is no noise, just the singing of the cicadas in the countryside.
Luca was just incredible. The most flexible, respectful, helpful, positive host. We felt we were staying with a cousin. He was able to arrange a last-minute hair appointment for the wedding we were attending. He made us incredible dinner reservations at his own favorite spot in town. He offered us multiple breakfast options, but we just loved what he provided. Even fresh-blended pineapple juice the morning after the late-night wedding. He is incredibly thoughtful.

L'alloggio è immerso nel verde. Luca è molto attento e gentile. Avendo una canina, la canetta ha apprezzato l'accoglienza. Ed anche le sue umane.
Mancherebbe, se proprio bisogna trovare un difetto, di angolo cottura e di una macchinetta per il caffè. Sul resto, nulla da eccepire.

The location and garden are beautiful. The apartment is spacious and parking is super convenient. Luca is simply fantastic with his kind help and advice.
