Very sorry to fall into this place.

Good location and view.

Our room had no windows. The bathroom door was unable to close. The deformed door does not fit the frame. Plus the shower floor is dirty , it has dark fungus. The bed frame is broken so we end up sleeping really uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a hammock. The breakfast, coffee was good, the rest are cheap ítems from supermarkets, the ítems that come in plastic bags. Plus the table was sorrouded by cats... one jumped on our table. SCAM of a place

The kindness of the staff made up for the distance from town

I didn’t understand how far away from town this property is and I was on foot so it was very challenging, with luggage ,to arrive.

Welcoming, spacious, loved the cats - but hard to find but overall nice place!

The room was big and clean, and the staff was very welcoming. They asked us what we wanted for breakfast the night before and got served in a very personalized way! We also arrived relatively late for the check-in and they were very understanding about it! It was also relatively high up a hill so we had a good view of santa margherita. They have a lot of cats, which we got to play with in the morning, making my girlfriend and I so happy!

It was very hard to find the place as there was a misleading indication on the road - not the end of the world but I think it could be more straightforward. It is a relatively rustic place, quite away from the centre of Santa Margherita. It is relatively fast to get to from the Station, (10 min bus + 10 min walk) although the bus passes once an hour. It worked out fine for us because we only planned to spend the night.

Relax fuori dalla routine.

Ottima posizione, vicino a Santa Margherita Ligure e contemporaneamente lontano dal traffico e dal caos. Vista fantastica sul mare, posto tranquillo e ideale per gli amanti dei gatti! Proprietari davvero disponibili e fantastica la colazione con prodotti a richiesta. Molto buono il letto.

Qualche piccolo disguido dovuto probabilmente alla stagione e alla prenotazione tardiva, prontamente risolto dai proprietari.

La signora che gestisce l'agriturismo è molto gentile, disponibile e presente. La vista dalla camera è molto bella.

Campagna vista mare

Mi è piaciuto tuttoooo !! Dalla posizione, alla vista. Dal personale alla colazione. Posto magnifico, la proprietaria gentilissima, colazione spettacolare con la focaccia Ligure, un paradiso in campagna, vista mare !! E tantissimi bellissimi gattiniiiii !!!

soggiorno piacevole ma breve

La cortesia dei proprietari, la posizione panoramica dell'alloggio, la colazione , il parcheggio disponibile.

Ritengo personalmente che l'area esterna , cortile, parcheggio sono esenti da manutenzione ordinaria da anni. Ci sono punti esterni in cui sono accatastati molti vecchi oggetti in disuso, di tutto e di più, anche sotto il bellissimo balcone panoramico ci sono vari oggetti abbandonati che ne deturpano la bellezza e la parte verde è abbandonata a sè stessa. Peccato. Probabilmente c'è stato qualche problema importante che - da qualche anno - ha messo in secondo piano la valorizzazione del sito. Basterebbe poco per renderlo unico ed affascinante, vista la bellissima posizione.

Camera ampia con bagno ottima, pulita, colazione abbondante, ambiente famigliare e rurale, alla buona, casa immersa nel verde. I gestori sono gentili e disponibili, ci hanno spiegato come utilizzare i mezzi pubblici e le scalette in alternativa all'auto per raggiungere il mare a Santa Margherita. Credo che torneremo, perché a noi interessa soprattutto la balneazione, ma anche il soggiorno in collina in mezzo al verde rilassa.

Se si è a piedi, i mezzi pubblici che collegano col mare passano ogni ora e spesso i bus non si fermano alle piccole fermate lungo lo stradone. Quindi se non si scende alla fermata giusta dove c'è la scaletta per salire all'agriturismo e il Bus si ferma più avanti, bisogna camminare a piedi e alcuni tratti dello stradone non sono sicuri, senza marciapiedi e di notte non c'è illuminazione per la strada. Per ovviare allo stradone ci sono le scorciatoie con le scalette che collegano direttamente a Santa Margherita, però bisogna avere gambe buone. Comunque in caso di difficoltà o perdita del bus nei nostri primi giorni, i gestori dell'agriturismo gentilissimi si sono offerti di accompagnarci. Per chi si sposta in macchina invece non ci sono problemi, nel cortile dell'agriturismo c'è un piccolo parcheggio per i clienti. Il mio è comunque un Giudizio negativo nei confronti dell'amministrazione comunale che non provvede a illuminare adeguatamente la strada e non fa manutenzione delle scalette, dato che anche sopra in collina è un luogo turistico che merita di essere goduto.

Mooie ligging met zicht op Santa Margherita ligure. Personeel vriendelijk. Koffie aangeboden bij aankomst. Ontbijt voldoende. Parkeergelegenheid aanwezig zoals vermeld werd.

Aanduiding met pijl rechtdoor is verwarrend. Je mag gewoon omhoog inrijden bij het bord. Slordig terrein.

Parcheggio privato, aria condizionata e colazione informale con VERA focaccia ligure e VERA brioche di pasticceria. Se tornerò da quelle parti sicuramente terrò presente questo posto.

Nella mia camera purtroppo non cera la TV e non ho avuto tempo per verificare se ci fosse il wifi, comunque poco male, per un soggiorno di lavoro la tv non era necessaria e per il notebook ho usato la connessione da cellulare. Tim prende bene. Consiglio inoltre di migliorare la visibilità dell'ingresso alla struttura, venendo da est,sulla provinciale, non si vede il cartello di ingresso!

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. A 10 minuti dal centro di santa margherita ligure struttura essenziale con una bellissima vista sul golfo del tigullio. camera pulitissima con aria condizionata e letto molto molto comodo. Ottima anche la colazione.La proprietaria Eli è stata davvero molto gentile.tornero' sicuramente
