The location is fantastic - it's close to Portofino and some truly beautiful beaches. However, there were several issues that made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.
Firstly, the room was not as advertised in the photos. While it was still decent, it's worth noting that the actual room did not match the expectations set by the promotional images.
One major problem that I encountered was the noise. The room is situated on the ground level, and throughout the night, the sound of car and scooter engines was incredibly loud - almost as if they were right next to you. In addition, the walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear neighbors walking around. As a result, we had a difficult time getting a good night's sleep.
There were also a few minor inconveniences that I feel should not occur at this price point. For example, some of the appliances did not work properly, and there was no storage in the shower for toiletries, forcing us to awkwardly squat to reach for soap.
