The shower was great
The bed was comfortable - although I do dislike when properties use blankets and sheets and don’t wash the blankets every time.
The property absolutely stank of air freshener. It was so bad that I literally couldn’t breathe and had an allergic reaction. My eyes stung so badly I couldn’t sleep and my throat hurt to swallow.
The fridge was broken and leaking water all over the floor.
There was only one plug and that was over by the door.
The shower leaked and there were used shampoo sachets and used soap bars from a previous guest in the shower!
The toilet seat had cracked and was fixed with cellotape.
This was the most expensive place I stayed in my entire trip to Italy and easily the worst. I stayed in backpackers hostels that were considerably better.
