We had booking at this hotel but when we arrived the lady informed us that there was problem with the bathroom and she kindly redirected us to another place of the same owner. We were offered free parking as a compensation for the inconvenience. The place we stayed at was new, perfectly furnished, spacious with nice balcony and bathroom. The parking was quite near the place.

Great location. Right in the heart of the city.

Location is great. Room is very good. You can park less tham 100m from hotel in a covered parking - 20 euro per day

Contact with owner was impossible. He doesn't return phone calls and it takes to much time till he replies to whatsapp messages. It was also difficults to pay owner because he accepts only cash, but he was missing. He didn't have a parking for the car, as promised.

Great Location, nice walkable area. Room was comfortable and colorful.

Was not instructed on the contactless check in process beforehand. Thankfully the host was quick to answer and help out.

I loved the location, 1 min until the bus stop to Portofino and about 10 min walk to Villa Durazzo. All as shown in pictures. Super clean an quiet. Owner always available. Bed so cozy!

The room doesn't have calefaction but there is a small heater and under the blankets warm enough for a good night of rest. Warm water didn't have enough pressure.

Everything was very fine. I liked the stay here, comfortable, accessible, very clean, friendly staff.

* the location is really great (right next to the harbor, restaurants and a 5-minute walk to the beach) * clean room and bathroom * Although we weren't satisfied with the input and information before arrival, the host replies fairly quickly if you ask him something (via WhatsApp).

* communication with the host: the thing we disliked the most was that there was no information from the hostside, we had to ask for everything ourselves (e.g. the parking situation: we got no information that the parking slot is 1,5 km away from the accomodation although he confirmed the parking slot. We informed the host also about our arrival time, which he confirmed too but he wasn't there. We only met the cleaning lady who didn't speak a word of English and told us the room is not ready yet. Also the check-out wasn't perfect as we had to ask for details and he didn't accept cards without telling us beforehand. He basically expects you to have the money with you in cash.) * parking too far away (15 min by foot): we don't know if that is the regular parking spot, but it was about 1,5 km away and you can't really park in front of the accommodation, so it's hard to get your luggage to the room. We also weren't sure in the beginning if it's the right place because it doesn't look like an official parking garage. * small and noisy room: There is little space for your luggage and not much space for drying your bathing clothes. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the outside, especially in the night (e.g. the doors when other guests are coming home or watching TV)

Great place, next to the beach. Super clean!

Close to the sea, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Note, there is no elevator and there are a few stairs.

Pościel był trochę chlodna. Ale to rozumiemy bo rezerwowaliśmy późno więc było późno uruchomiane ogrzewanie.

Хорошее расположение. Рядом кафе и рестораны. Пляжи в пешей доступности.
