Beautiful hotel in Santa Margarita Ligure. Roof top bar, centrally located, great breakfast.

Wonderful hotel. We chose it for the high standard at affordable prices for Santa Margherita (early to mid-September). The location was a five minute walk from the train station and less than two blocks to the beach and central area including the via Palestro, which was full of bars, restaurants, shops, etc. You can walk the path to Portofino from the beach area (5 km - highly recommended. Can walk back or take a short bus for 5€). We had a wonderful meal at the Ristorante Antonio, a five minute walk from the hotel. The hotel it self was very nice. Breakfast was wonderful - great selection of everything. The seating area was a little tight, so get there early or later. There was a wonderful roof top bar that we visited in the evening for a drink (nice bar staff and comfy couches to relax). There is also a lobby bar. The rooms were standard size. The bed was comfortable. We had a nice balcony with a table and two chairs, idea for a glass of wine before heading out. The staff were wonderful. We arrived a little earlier before check in, but out room was ready and we were able to check in. Great location, facilities, staff and price.

The bathroom was quite small - only one person in there at a time. Cant brush teeth together :)

Wonderful stay with friendly staff and great rooftop bar and breakfast buffet.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to the town center with plenty of shops and restaurants. The highlight of our stay was the rooftop bar. Mario, the bartender, was absolutely exceptional. He crafted delicious cocktails and beautiful food platters, and his service truly went above and beyond. He even remembered our coffee orders each morning at breakfast and brought them to us without us having to ask; a thoughtful touch that really stood out. The receptionist was also incredibly welcoming and provided excellent dinner recommendations. Overall, the entire staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Only recommendation would be to have tissues and body lotion available in the bathroom.

Perfect location!

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. The harbor and many restaurants/shops are within walking distance. You can either walk along the coast to Portofino or take the bus for 15 minutes. The bus station is very close to the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a highlight. There are so many options and it is really tasty.

The hotel is getting a bit long in the tooth, so some areas in the hotel and in the room are a bit run down. The rooms are rather small.

We enjoyed our stay!

The breakfast was great! Amazing variety and delicious eggs every morning. Especially loved the coffee - it was amazing to get a proper cappuccino made by a trained barista! The staff were all very friendly. Spacious room and great location.

The linen and bedding could have been a bit better and in general the rooms could be renovated a bit

Comfortable hotel at the right location

Great location. In the town next to the beach and shopping areas. Rooms very clean and beds very comfortable. The parking service is a big + as you can do everything by foot or boat.

The water pressure in the shower. The carpet in the corridors should be renovated.

Felt a bit ripped off in terms of what we paid, but I think it's the nature of the area.

Breakfast was great. The location of the hotel was convenient to the water front. The towels were nice.

No water in the room, no tea or coffee. There was also nothing in the lobby. It wasn't great value for money in terms of what we got in the rooms. Probably one of the more expensive hotels I have stayed at and the facilities weren't great.

Truly amazing. There are not enough superlatives

Location was terrific. Close to both the Portofina ferry and the train station. Room was comfortable. The rooftop deck was an added bonus. And the staff was amazing. Never a problem. The breakfast was super…so many selections, all delicious. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Truly wonderful
