L'appartement est dans un immeuble d'habitation local au sein d'un quartier authentique.
Commodités à proximité,
Accès facile pour aller sur le port ou vers le quartier plus touristique.
L'appartement est bien équipé et très propre.
Accueil attentionné et agréable.
Pourquoi ça ne vaut pas 10 ?
Il manque un verrou à la porte des toilettes.
La rue peut être bruyante certains soirs, la rançon du centre ville.

Ottima posizione, appartamento nuovo molto pulito, host tra i migliori conosciuti! Molto disponibile e attento. Al check out ho dimenticato le chiavi per aprire il parcheggio e in 3 minuti è arrivato ad aprire. Super consigliato. Questo sarà sicuramente il mio punto di riferimento ogni volta che torno a Santa!

Die Wohnung ist ganz neu renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war vorbildlich. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und die Übergabe der Schlüssel hat bestens funktioniert. Perfekt ist der abgeschlossene Parkplatz. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und haben das Auto vor Ort nicht mehr gebraucht.
Es war alles perfekt.
