Comfortable and secure beautiful home in a great location. A welcoming and informative host. Happy.

The host, Federico, was very welcoming, with delicious fresh juices he'd made from his own citrus trees. He upgraded me to the big bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. Very comfortable. He also messaged me on WhatsApp with a selection of links to local attractions, shops, restaurants, bars and more. I found this information to be very helpful. I also received occasional hints for nice cafes and restaurants, which turned out to be really good. The house was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Another couple was staying there, but I never heard or saw them, it was very private. Top location, walkable to everywhere. There's a short walk to the train station and you can also get a bus to Portofino from there. I would highly recommend Frederico's Plan Sea for a stay in Santa Margherita Ligure.

The location was outstanding and room was great, but what stood out most to us was the amazing host Frederico, who went above and beyond to help us with endless recommendations and his hospitality and kindness!

Charming, well placed room with a caring host.

Federico was the kindest most helpful host we've ever had- so genuinely friendly and treated us like friends immediately with welcome drinks and LOTS of recommendations. Our room was charming and beautiful for our few days stay. GREAT location for beach, town and train. Only a few rooms so a personal touch and authentic converted house, not a hotel. Garden was out of use but who's complaining when that beautiful beach is round the corner. At first 44 WhatsApp notifications of recommendations after a long train could seem a lot but actually represented a helpful, kind, caring and attentive host. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very attentive and welcoming host& central location !

Federico was very attentive and welcoming host! He offered us home made kokteyl, orange juice, organic nectar and grapes. He also shared great tips with us about santa margherita and portofino. Location is very central, definitely recommend visiting portofino by bus 782.

Best place I've stayed

Federico was the best host that I've ever had in my travels. The whole time we felt like we were in a family house. Apart from the small gestures of sangria, local fruits and food that he offered us, he also showed us the best places to see and eat around. The hotel was also very close to the centre.

We had a truly pleasant stay at this lovely guesthouse in Santa Margherita. The host Federico was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, offering us drinks and mini breakfast, and a plenty of great recommendations for restaurants and outdoor activities. The location was also perfect: reliable, easy to reach, and just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around super convenient. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely welcoming property, on a very pretty street, 5 mins from the town centre and the beach. Host Frederico is so kind and accommodating and full of suggestions and recommendations. He upgraded our room on arrival and made sure we had a wonderful stay.

The perfect stay at Plan Sea

Plan Sea is incredibly charming, perfect location, clean. My son and I were upgraded to a room with more space, which was perfect for our three nights stay. Federico was the most wonderful host, greeted us at check-in at, every day provided perfect recommendations for restaurants and things to see and experience. Each of his recommendations was on the mark. And he greeted us every evening with housemaid sangria and fresh juice in the morning. Or stay with nothing short of perfect.

The location was ideal and Federico made us feel like we had another home in Santa Margarita.

Amazing and would come back again

Federico is extremely hospitable and the room was extremely comfortable and clean . He had home made sangria waiting for me upon arrival and was also very attentive with directions on how to get to the hotel as well. He has a great knowledge of the area and also sent an extensive list of places to eat, drink and explore. Definitely a super host and I would 100% return and stay here again. Great location also

Lovely warm welcome by Federico with a homemade cup of Sangria. and some excellent recommendations on places to visit and eat/drink - highly recommend the lounge bar. Great location, nice rooms and fixtures and fittings are lovely. We woke up to freshly squeezed orange juice.

A great refugee in the city center !

A great refugee in the city center of Santa Marquerita. The location is very closed to shops, bus station and train, in a quiet area. We loved the song birds every morning and evening, the fresh smell of jasmine in front of the building, and most of all we appreciate the good communication that we have with Federico , the help that he provided to make our journey more beautiful, and we won't forget the fresh orange juice that he offers to us every day! You can't find anyone better than him! Good price ,clean and cozy rooms! A mixture of old and new, wild and homey, like the all areea in Santa Marquerita and Genoa.
