The private parking was 3 min walking distance, 15 Euro per day good compared to public street parking prices

Room was not properly cleaned, there were a lot of hair on the floor. Inappropriate behavior of the owner after having communicated that the room was dirty. Not worth the money.

I fell in love with this city from the first sight. It was easy to get to the apartment by bus. We get off the bus at bus stop Pescherie, continue your way to Portofino direction and turn the first turn on the right. Easy to find the green gate on the left. We got the code and entered the house. High ground floor, cozy, light room, no bad smell, equipped with all necessary staff, quiet surrounding and amazing atmosphere. Nice clean bathroom with bidet. Had air conditioning and kitchen if you want to cook. Nice Italian restaurants nearby but in some you had to wait for free space, also Chinese restaurant just around the corner. We had nice walking experience from Portofino to Santa Margherita Ligure with fantastic views.

Only bad thing is we couldn’t find any shops nearby to buy some bottles of water, as it was too hot we really needed some, especially in the evening.

Location is very good, close to a port from which you can take a ferry to portofino. Close to a public beach and restaurants. The owner offered us a parking place in relatively good price of 10 eur/day, but the parking place is 5 mins of walk away from the apartment.

The apartment was not clean... there were disgusting accumulations of dust in every corner, floor was also not properly cleaned, our socks became dark after a few minutes.. Disgusting mold in the bathroom and some corners (see photos). Some essentials were missing like dish soap. No pepper and teabags as well. Someone knocked our apartment doors and tried to enter at 8 am and wake us up.... it turned out this was someone from washing company who should only another, laundry room but tried to enter our apartament for unknown reason... Very unpleasant and weird. To my taste this could be even an attempt of theft, because the guy was not able to explain me why did he try to open the doors. The apartment is quite modern and nice, but there is only one window which makes it also dark and not cozy to stay during the day. EDITED on the 11.06.2023: And after seeing this review, the owner wrote to me rude private messages. Did not say sorry even once for what he screwed up. I absolutely do not recommend this guy and the apartment. Complete unprofessionalism. Just see photos, where will you sleep if you rent it. Not worth the price and nerves. I changed my overall rating from 4 (disappointing) to 1 (bad) for this after-stay experience.

Wonderful location! Easy check in and stylish accommodation. Highly recommend.

Hot water runs out quickly. It’s very hard to park in the area, I would recommend paying to park at the accommodation.

Great location. Nice cafes and restaurants around. 8-10 min walk to a nice beach. Close to the bus station so you can be in Portofino in 20 mins. Staff was helpful and easy to reach by text and phone. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Check-in instructions were not clear and you cannot leave your bags in a safe place in case of early arrival. Some basic kitchen items would be really nice. There was not even a kettle or any glasses/cutlery in our room.
