Perfect for our needs & practically positioned :)

Proximity to both Portofino & Ste Marguerite on foot. The carpark & the very friendly & helpful reception staff. Beautiful rooftop pool !

Excellent

At the beginning my wife was disappointed at our room in the Dependance section. However Anita went out her way to accommodate my wife and changed us to the main complex. The rooftop pool and views were beyond compare, we spent many hours after a swim and then some wine with an outstanding view of the harbor. We have to commend the staff or Anita, Anastasia and Giovanna they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome, many thanks to them.

Very pleasant and cute place to stay around Portofino

The location is perfect with a nice view. The parking is fascinating and the room is sufficient for a short stay.

Great hi tech car parking system - great reception staff and everyone in fact was so professional and willing to help

The little electric bus for portafino stops right outside the hotel - when you download the AMT app and buy the tickets they only last an hour - in that hour 4 buses came out of st Margarita ligure all packed like sardines and the sign said full before it even reached our stop and continued - 2 sets of tickets expired on us €20 - in the peak season just be careful a taxi the few miles down to portafino was €50 one way

We stayed here for one night and it was perfect for us and our toddler to explore Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino

The hotel is in a prime location and the staff were very lovely

The beach club that looks like it’s part of the hotel is not included in the booking fee. You have to pay an extra €50 for the chairs

One night stay in a wonderful location. Too expensive to stay longer.

Small room but comfortable and clean. Good shower. Secure motorcycle parking (although at a cost). Had a good evening meal and breakfast was good and excellent value at 10 euros per person. Wonderful location.

Cost - 250 euros totally over the top and overlooking the car park but if you want to stay anywhere on the peninsula then you have to pay exorbitant prices.

Ok for a short stay.

Location to the town. Rooftop pool and hot tub.

Couldn’t find controls to air con. Close to road so quite noisy. Early deliveries before 7am so noisy. No instructions on how to access breakfast, access WiFi or how to ring reception.

Nothing as we were put into an old part which was less then 2 star but charged for 4 star . We were misled and paying a lot for small room with no tea and coffee as was advertised

It was old room 2 star or less small with no facilities as advertised, the property is away from main building and yet the same name , they fraudulently advertised but the property was very old compared to to what they showed in the booking time . Over priced and poor

A pleasant place to stay to see Portofino and Santa Maria with a very friendly staff and beach.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable with a nice view. We booked on value so we were not expecting a luxury property. The hotel was what we were expecting in a great location.

Great spot to explore

Great roof top pool with amazing view over Santa Margherita Ligure. Beach access. Yummy food for lunch with daily specials.

Staff was a little disorganised when we arrived, giving us the wrong room. Got a taxi through the hotel to get to the train station. Be aware of expensive transport costs, €25 for a 5 min ride.

good location

only stayed one night, given a very small room, in annex off grubby narrow corridor with loads of cleaning supplies piled about. pillows too hard - expensive room, not good value for money, especially as breakfast is not included. couldn’t lock the bedroom door from inside. housekeeping walked into room at 8:45 am. had a strong feeling that coming through booking.com we were classed a second rate guests.

Exceptional

This hotel was the perfect location on the beech. Dog freindly the rooms were well equipped lovely shower very clean. Our balcony was sea view. The beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again. The staff and the barman were all helpful freindly and they even had a gift bag for the dog.amazing thank you. Also the self service underground garage was amazing very clever.

Blown away

A unbelievably perfect stay - such an incredible location nudged between downtown Sta Margherita & Portofino not to mention it legit is on the beach front with PRIVATE HOTEL ONLY ACCESS!!! Countless amenities that were so amazing: decedent breakfast, breathtaking room views, rooftop pool & spa, parking options, in room mini bars, and so so much more. EXCELLENT service: we booked last minute on a whim after deciding that we hadn’t had enough time in town & got the last room. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and treated so wonderfully it felt like staying at the Four Seasons. 10/10 recommend - don’t waste another moment & book. Then get ready to be blown away!!
