Gestione dell'appartamento da migliorare

Posizione ottima, a pochi metri dalla casa c'è un grande supermercato, molto comodo. E comunque è solo a qualche km di distanza da Leknes dove si trovano ristoranti e tutti i servizi. La casa è costituita da 2 appartamenti, entrambi affittati a turisti; questo si trova al primo piano mentre l'altro al piano terra. Come si vede dalle foto del proprietario, c'è una zona living veramente enorme, con delle vetrate giganti che regalano una bella vista sulle altre casette e sul mare. L'appartamento ha 4 camere da letto ma ha solo 1 bagno, il che lo rende poco adatto ad ospitare due famiglie o gruppi numerosi. Noi eravamo in 3 e siamo stati bene, abbiamo sfruttato il grande tavolo per le colazioni e qualche altro pasto, ma soprattutto il grande divano per le nostre serate davanti alla TV. Molto comode anche la lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il Wi-Fi ha funzionato bene tranne una sera.

Il proprietario è poco comunicativo. Non é su WhatsApp e non legge né i messaggi inviati tramite Booking, né gli SMS, né le email. Per sapere come entrare in casa l'ho dovuto chiamare al telefono. Una sera ci ha citofonato la famiglia che doveva fare check-in nell'appartamento di sotto, lamentandosi anche loro del fatto che non avevano ricevuto istruzioni su come entrare. Ma il grande problema della casa è che manca di pulizia e manutenzione. Sportelli e cassetti di cucina e armadi non erano puliti, c'erano briciole e pelucchi ovunque. Il forno era in condizioni imbarazzanti. I muri hanno diversi punti con vernice scrostata e molti chiodi piantati su cui non è appeso nulla. La finestra del bagno era chiusa a chiave e invece avrebbe fatto comodo poterla aprire. I mobili (per lo più Ikea) sono montati in maniera approssimativa e tutti storti. La prima sera non funzionava la lavastoviglie, abbiamo perso mezz'ora per capire quale fosse il problema e alla fine non era collegata al rubinetto dell'acqua. In 2 occasioni ha iniziato a fischiare il trasformatore del piano cottura a induzione, abbiamo dovuto cercare l'interruttore generale, togliere la corrente alla presa e rimetterla, dopodiché ha ricominciato a funzionare. Dopo la prima sera la lampada sopra il lavello della cucina non si è più accesa. La lampada sopra la cappa (coperta anch'essa di unto come il forno) non abbiamo mai capito come accenderla. Situazioni queste, che prese singolarmente non avrebbero influito in maniera così negativa sul giudizio dell'alloggio, ma tutte insieme hanno formato un'idea complessiva della casa molto trascurata.

Très grand appartement lumineux.

Très grand appartements lumineux et très bien situé dans les Lofoten. Situé dans une ville résidentielle. A deux pas d'un supermarché. Ce leiu est idéal pour les familles ou amis avec une voiture.

Le barbecue n'est pas nettoyé (par les locataires précédents car il y a le matériel pour ça). Ça ne donne pas très envie de l'utiliser. Lors de notre passage, il ne restait plus que 2 petites cuillères.

Bon camp de base pour visiter les Lofoten

Le logement est très spacieux , équipements de base à disposition. Géographiquement très bien situé pour visiter les iles.

Très dommage, le logement manque d'entretien de fond, fuite d'eau sous l'évier, télévision qui n'est pas destinée à fonctionner, uniquement en streaming si vous amener une prise hdmi !! Deux barbecues trop sales pour servir malgré les sacs de charbon qui attendent !! Linge mouillé trouvé dans la machine à laver

Absolutamente todo. Casa de primera planta enorme equipada con ventanales enormes y terraza. El baño era muy amplio. La calefacción por toda la casa. Las camas cómodas. Cocina equipada. Repetiría sin duda. Tiene lavadora y secadora. El propietario muy amable.

El precio. El precio en Noruega es alto en general, no es este establecimiento en concreto.
