Grand appartement 71 m2 avec parking privé gratuit proche Paris

Geweldige ligging. Naast de winkelstraat met vele barretjes, restaurants en een winkeltje. Het was maar 10 minuten lopen naar de dichtstbijzijnde metrostation, pont du sevre. De housemaid was echt top. Die ving ons op en zij deed een korte rondleiding door het appartement. Als er vragen waren konden we haar appen! We hadden een privé parkeerplaats onder het appartementencomplex, echt heel fijn! Heerlijke regendouche. Prima televisie met verschilden apps en we konden ook streamen vanaf de telefoon. Prima matrassen op de bedden.

Er was helaas geen airco. Er was 1 waaier aanwezig en gelukkig hadden we zelf twee waaiers meegenomen, zo hadden we op elke slaapkamer een waaier. Sommige dingen waren wel verouderd.

Accueil très aimable et réactivité immédiate. Le parking inclus est un solide avantage. Proximité de restaurants, commerces et station de métro.

Il n'y a rien que je n'aie pas apprécié.

The area had many transportation resources with nearby tram, large bus station, bus lines, train lines. Very easy to get to central Paris. Roland Garros, the Greater Paris communities The unit was well organized and prepared. If needed (we didn't need it) there was a parking garage space available. Minutes from the building were a grocery, several good quality takeout food establishments and high quality restaurants. All within minutes of the unit. Getting to Roland Garros for 2 long days of early round tennis matches was easily staged from. Even with a busy city area like Billincourt. After an extended, very hot day at Roland Garros, deciding to save ourselves from a late night trek on public transportation, an Uber cost less than 20 Euro. Lots to like here

The area - Paid and the wider area, was experiencing a weeklong heatwave. The unit was not air conditioned or equipped with any fans. If done strategically - lights off and cutains canopying the wide open windows - the night air was just cool enough to calm down the heat for sleeping. A few fans would have helped.

Une hôtesse très gentille et disponible. C est très agréable. Le garage sécurisé et la résidence également. Le quartier calme. Nous allions à pied chaque jours jusqu'au métro. (10min). Nous recommandons ce logement sans problème. L appartement est très spacieux. Tout y est jusqu au lave vaisselle et la Dolce Gusto ... Nous tenions à remercier une nouvelle fois la propriétaire pour l accueil.
