Dirty and disgusting smell

My stay at this apartment was extremely disappointing. The place was very dirty — there was mold everywhere in the bathroom and even on the ceiling. The apartment had a terrible, musty smell that made it impossible to stay inside comfortably. When I mentioned these issues to the owner, he insisted that the place was “quite clean,” which was completely untrue. I would definitely not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Fantastic rooftop apartment with great terrace and garage included in a quite neighbourhood of Paris

This apartment is amzing and spacious. It´s an attic with with a big terrace with beautiful views. Perfect apartment to stay with family, like we did, or with a group of friends. Well equipped kitchen where we cooked various times and had lovely dinners in the livingroom. Also, a proyector to watch Netflix or whatever you prefer on a very big screen is an extra plus after a long day out doing sightseeing. To have the parking included in the garage was very important for us and it worked very well. Good and helpful instructions from the host. I would come back to this place during the summer to enjoy the terrace more.

It was slightly cold in the apartment and I was told that the heating was not working yet. It was not a big problem, but it bothered us a little bit. There was a loudspeaker for the proyector and the phone. It worked great for the proyector, but we never succeded in connecting it with the phone which was strange (perhaps it was my fault, but it simple didn´t work for us). The deposit of 400 euro. I know there is a sign about it in the ad, but I still got a little bit suspicous about it when it was time to pay on a link. Perhaps it´s important to highlight it more in the ad. It worked well and it was refunded after a week. So no worries about that for future travelleres. Some more information about public transportation would be great. For instance, tips and information how to easily get to Paris. There are buses just outside and then there are trains as well. Would be great to have some more info about that.

Fantastic Host and a Very Comfortable Stay We had a really great time. What stood out the most was the excellent hospitality from our host, Simon, who was so friendly and communicative. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would happily return on our next visit!

BITTE NICHT BUCHEN!!!

Der Ausblick über Paris war das einzig positive. ACHTUNG, Vermieter verlangt dazu auch noch 400€ Kaution im Voraus

Die Wohnung ähnelt den Fotos und dem Video was der Vermieter uns geschickt hat im Entferntesten, für den Preis hätte ich wesentlich mehr erwartet, hier und da eine unschöne Ecke, 1 Toilette die echt aus dem letzten Jahrhundert ist, es ist sehr kalt in der Wohnung, Heizung gibt es, kann aber vom Mieter nicht eingestellt werden, geht wahrscheinlich erst bei Minusgraden an. Man denkt wirklich wenn man die Bilder sieht, das es sich um eine Luxuswohnung handelt, ist es aber nicht, kein persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter was alles sehr erschwerte, wir haben die Wohnung ganz spontan 3 Stunden vor Einzug gebucht, waren drin und haben dem Vermieter nach 3 h mitgeteilt das wir nicht zufrieden sind, weil sie nicht dem entsprach und auch schweine kalt war, aber er ließ absolut nicht mit sich reden, was sehr enttäuschend war, wir sind dann am nächsten Morgen ausgezogen und haben kein Geld zurück bekommen. Was noch dazu kommt, sie ist oben auf einem Berg, gaaaaanz weit ab vom Schuss, das merkt man leider erst wenn man da ist. Der Ausblick ist super, aber die Terrasse und die Möbel draußen völlig abgeranzt und vergammelt.

Une adresse à garder

L'immeuble se situe dans un quartier très calme, aucun bruit de voisinage. La terrasse avec vue est superbe. Les chambres et la literie sont confortables. L'appartement est très bien équipé (vaisselle, ustensiles etc) La conciergerie est très professionnelle et réactive à la moindre question, toutes les infos sont très claires.

La chaleur dans l'appartement est bien présente dès qu'il y a du soleil. Les assises de la table à manger basculent facilement sur le côté (pieds pas assez sur les côtés et assises double) Le vidéoprojecteur est de qualité mais oblige à être dans le noir pour regarder la télévision dans la pièce principale, les télés dans les chambres ne sont pas raccorder à la TNT.
