A place I want to visit again when I come to Modena.

Modern place well located. Great for a short and medium time stay!

Good location and excellent noise suppression (didn’t hear traffic running by appartement). Appartement is modernly furnished, good beds, has heating (needed it) and airconditioning. Walking distance from the city center (20min). Nearby restaurants are descent, excellent pizza dude just block away. The people managing it were very nice, helpful and easy going! Thank you!

woke up a couple times from running water (shower) and people above walking on heals. Not a big deal, but if you like to sleep in and a light sleeper…

The stay that made me hate modena. People’s stupidity beyond expectation.

The house is relatively new.

1- location: Very noisy and to walk to centre, yoy have to walk on the cars road. 2- bedrooms: one of the bedrooms was mentioned to have twin bed but it was half size of a single bed. 3- Bedsheets: covered with black hair and some pubic hair. 4- shower: super cold water and even after they came to fix, we all took a cold shower. Shower head has zero power so you have to spend at least 45 minutes under the water to get the soap off your skin. 5- lounge: the house has no lounge but only a kitchen counter and a dining table with 4 chairs. We were 6 and had only 4 chairs to sit and chill!!! 6- Entry to the property: They made us wait outside the house until their dumb staff figured out the multiple issues that they have with their stupid doors and codes that never work. We asked for keys and they said the doors have no keys. 7- air conditioners: they are hanging on the walls but don’t really work. I believe the horrible owner or host has done something to make the air conditioner stop working after 5 minutes. We couldn’t breathe from the heat in the rooms. So be prepared to sweat all night. 8- towels: we asked for a couple of extra towels and they said we have to pay 30 euro extra for the towels. 9- hairdryer: it works for 30 seconds and then needs 45 minutes to cool down. 10- we were not informed that we have to take our heavy luggage 100 stairs up to the apartment. Enjoy all the above!

Spacious apartment with safe parking and comfortable beds

Spacious apartment on the first floor (3 bedrooms + kitchen + bathroom). Safe parking right next to the building, possibility to charge electric vehicle (but it was too expensive), good bakery and grocery store 3 minutes from the building, washing machine was a big plus for us, 4 TVs (!!!)

Dusty floors, not very close to the center (25-30 minutes by foot), electric charging too expensive (25 euros for one charging regardless of the Kwh quantity), sometimes little bit noisy (busy street right next to the building), automatic check-in process little bit complicated and time consuming (taking photos of all passports from all sides + taking photos of people with passports - only front camera working in the app).

Cleaned, everything new and all worked well! Comfortable beds, linens.

The location. If you had a car (we did not) the place would have been perfect!

Posto moderno e curato, caldo ed accogliente, quasi perfetto!

Struttura calda, accogliente e luminosa, comoda a vari servizi, staff molto gentile e disponibile. Peccato non ci sia un comodo divanetto 🤗

Solo qualche piccolo dettaglio/consiglio: un po' di polvere qua e lá, solo padelle di grandi dimensioni ed anche un po' usurate, scottex quasi finito ed anche il detersivo per i piatti, nessuno strofinaccio per la cucina. Questo per chi ha bisogno della cucina.

Mediocre y mal limpiado, debería costar la mitad.

El apartamento es bonito si no lo miras muy en detalle.

Había insectos en el apartamento desde el primer dia. Es un bajo al que apenas entra luz y además el salón no tiene un sofá para sentarse. Faltan utensilios de cocina básicos, por lo que todas las sartenes están ralladas. No se puede abrir la ventana del dormitorio ya que da al frontal de la calle, es un portón y te quedas sin ninguna intimidad (ni seguridad). Se anuncia como con aire acondicionado, pero estaba desconectado y nos dijeron que no se podía poner. Cuando nos quejamos de los insectos se nos mandó un bote de insecticida para que lo aplicásemos nosotros. La tele del salón, al no haber mueble ni sofá, esta encima de la nevera. La tele estaba sin configurar y funcionaba lentísimo.

Tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage.

Sehr sauber, schöne große Wohnung für 5 Personen, 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Franceschetta58.

Für die Kaffeemaschine waren 5 Kapseln bereitgestellt für den ersten Tag, für den zweiten wollten wir Kapseln kaufen, es gab aber auch in großen Supermärkten keine für diese Maschine. Da wären mehr Kapseln oder die Information wo es diese zu kaufen gibt sehr hilfreich gewesen!

Loistava vaihtoehto autolla matkustavalle.

Hyvä sijainti, turvallinen pysäköinti autolle, 10 minuutin pyöräilymatka keskustaan, iso ja pieni kauppa aivan lähellä, pyykinpesukone oli iso plussa, keittiössä kaikki tarvittava. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.

Nette und hilfbereite Gastgeberin. Eigener, geschützter Parkplatz. Sehr schönes Apartment mit allen nötigen Equipment ausgestattet. Liegt an der Hauptstraße, aber dafür leicht zu erreichen.
