The property is located close to Viale Buon Pastore, a strategic area as it allows you to reach Modena Cathedral in 15 minutes on foot, a unique and priceless example of Romanesque art in the world, together with the Ghirlandina leaning tower and the adjacent Piazza Great.
The property is also located about 20 minutes walk from the famous Military Academy, one of the most prestigious palaces in Europe which became the residence of the Este Court until the last Duke Francesco V of Habsburg-Este (1859).
