Maison Longère, nestled in the heart of Normandy’s orchards, is a peaceful retreat just 10 minutes from Deauville, Trouville-sur-Mer, and Honfleur. Located within the private Maisons H Normandie estate, this home combines modern comfort with a bucolic setting, making it perfect for family or group getaways.
On the ground floor, an elegant entryway with a guest toilet leads to a bright double living room with a fireplace, ideal for relaxing moments. A fully equipped open kitchen and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom complete this level.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and two with double beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower or bathtub and separate toilets. An additional WC is available on the landing.
Outdoors, the 400 m² garden features a gravel-floored furnished terrace, a barbecue, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and parasols, offering an ideal setting to enjoy Normandy’s fresh air. Two private parking spaces are included.
