About this house rental
Magnificent half-timbered Belle Epoque residence, with beautiful volumes, very bright - it's appreciable on rainy days, or in winter! Perfect for a family holiday where you can take time at home, together, because the house (200 m2), the terrace (150 m2) and the garden (5000 m2) are large and pleasant. Ideal for sharing a moment with 2 or 3 families. To feel good inside, relaxing colours, lots of antique objects, a fireplace, a TV lounge apart for the children. If there are elderly people, the house has a bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor for everyone's comfort.
Sea view from the two living rooms, the bedroom balcony and the large garden terrace, where you can enjoy the barbecue.
You can walk to the beach and shops of Villerville in 10 minutes, and access is easy by car. You can park three cars in the property.

What a lovely home. This is not a house. This is a home. What a wonderful time we had! Room for teens to play video games and room for adults to chat and the deck for everyone to come together. Perfect location for sunsets and plenty of space inside and out. Comfortable beds and linens with the smell of Jasmine to lull you to sleep
