Conciergerie Rémi Griffoul presents ‘la Villa Canet’, a haven of tranquillity completely renovated in 2024 and classified as a 4-star furnished holiday home, ideal for up to 10 people. This spacious, elegant villa offers all the comforts you need for unforgettable moments with friends or family.
The cozy living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV with numerous streaming services included, is perfect for relaxation and sharing, while the dining area, with a wood-burning stove, sets the tone for convivial dinners in a warm ambiance.
The open kitchen, fully equipped, will delight culinary enthusiasts with its many appliances: microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, air fryer, raclette grill, crepe maker, and blender.
Adjacent to this living area, a large 40 m² terrace invites you to relax in the jacuzzi while admiring the valley view. You'll also find four sun loungers, a garden table, and an electric barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor moments.
The villa has five comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with quality bedding. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed 160x200 and a bathroom with shower and WC.
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a 140x200 double bed, a bedroom with a 180x200 king-size bed and two others with 160x200 queen-size beds, a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.
The basement houses a spacious garage for up to three standard-sized vehicles and includes a charging station for electric vehicles, enabling a full charge in just 5 hours. You'll also find a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. A wellness area with a sauna and shower completes this level, perfect for total relaxation.
To ensure your autonomy and peace of mind, even for late arrivals, the villa is equipped with a key box. All necessary information will be communicated before your arrival for easy access to Villa Canet.
Clean and well-trained pets are welcome, and Internet access is included for your entire stay.
