Helen met us to hand us the keys and show us to our room. We arrived late but she was very happy to meet us whatever time! The apartment was so clean and finished to a high quality. It has everything we needed too! The location was perfect for a wedding in cockermouth. We would definitely stay again! The apartment has free parking but Helen let us know about an issue with it once we arrive. She told us about another parking round the corner and gave us the money for it which was such a lovely touch!

Clean, well maintained and as the photos show. Bathroom was a great design and immaculately kept - not like other hotel bathrooms I’ve had before at all. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
