Tanners Cottage

This was a great cottage and location for a 4 night stay in the Lake District. The cottage is small but so cosy and well equipped. It was spotlessly clean with a lovely welcome touch. The internal space has been very well used. Only a 5 minute walk into the town

There’s not much room in the bedroom but it’s perfectly manageable

Loved everything about this cottage. Great location and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Really comfortable bed and the outside table and chairs were spot on.

The property is really well situated, within easy walking distance of the town centre, pubs, restaurants and other amenities. It’s also really well connected for some great walks in the surrounding area. Vivien is a very attentive and helpful host. The property is really well equipped with everything you could need, including full kitchen facilities, a dishwasher, washing machine and cooker. There’s also a nice shower and bath, along with good Wi-Fi. All in all, a really enjoyable stay and I’d happily recommend it.

Tanners Cottage is ideally located,near to Cockermouth town centre and for exploring the Lake District,The Cottage is well maintained,clean,comfortable and has feee parking,It has all the amenities needed for a short or longer stay,Its clear a lot has gone into the cottage milk and tea bags were provided for our arrival
