Church View Irene Court Cockermouth

We had a wonderful stay at Cockermouth for a wedding, the host Darren answered all my questions promptly before our stay. Darren also also sent a detailed message for directions which was great as we hadn't visited the area before, he even sent a voice note with details about how to access the property and use the lock box which was very helpful. Flat was lovely, clean with nice comfortable size rooms. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Darren

Very clean, a superb location and excellent value.

Keyless access was very convenient. Parking was private and fine. Beds were comfortable. All facilities were generally fine.

A coffee machine was provided but no pods, and no prior information which would have allowed us to bring our own. Kitchen equipment was fine but aluminium foil and food bags would have helped. One of our hand towels was badly ripped. It was great to be messaged with directions from the main street (as this address is not well served by Google maps) but as the message came while driving, I missed it and had to work it out myself.

Wasn’t a ‘penthouse’ just a top floor Was advertised as having free toiletries but was half a bottle of hand wash Caters for up to 4 guests but only a 2 seater bed settee Advertised streaming service on tv but couldn’t even get iplayer etc Bathroom needs updating
