Outside, make the most of the garden, which has a patio area and outdoor furniture – ideal for sipping morning coffee or perhaps enjoying your evening meal when the weather allows. On-street parking is available just around the corner on Kirkbank.

- Free on-street parking available nearby on Kirkbank, and pay and display car park a 3 minute walk away
- Shop, pub and restaurant less than 1 mile
- Please note, neighbours have right of access across the steps and path to the shed in the garden
