Created by its owner, this Cockermouth lodge has an easy-going feel and a cosy space around a generous corner sofa.. All on the Ground Floor:

Kitchen: Gas Cooker, Gas Hob, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, Freezer
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Back garden. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden.. Designed with easy days in mind, it gives families a relaxed place to gather, plan outings and recharge between trips into town. The main living area flows into a practical kitchen space, making mealtimes simple to organise after a day exploring. Restful sleeping areas help everyone wake refreshed and ready to go again. From here you can wander into Cockermouth to explore its historic streets, browse the shops and enjoy a meal in local cafés or restaurants. Nearby attractions include Bassenthwaite Lake, Whinlatter Forest Park and the dramatic landscapes of the Lake District, offering excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling and outdoor adventures. On site course fishing (seasonal and licence required).
