The house lies only a few steps from the village of Bargecchia (about 900m), from groceries and restaurants.

Chalet del Colle is a beautiful house with visible stones, nicely restored and tastefully furbished keeping an eye on details. The house is completely independent on all sides. PETS ALLOWED ON REQUEST.

Possible visits:
There are nice riding paths from the house for mountain bikes and street bicycles; on one side, you may reach Lucca, on the other the sea. An ideal spot for guests who love variety – an excursion amidst full nature between mountains and the sea, as also panoramic stroll of about 5 km convenient for everyone.
You may reach in about 900m the centre of the village, where you may find groceries, restaurants, pizzeria and bars. There is also the bus stop 900m from the house, connection to Lucca and/or Viareggio (6 km). You may explore the national park of the “Cinque Terre by train, enjoy the “Camino dell’Amore” path. It is also an excellent departure point for visiting the art cities of Tuscany such as Lucca (17 km), Florence (96 km) or Pisa (22 km).
Access within a private entrance gate and small path onto a veranda with a table and chairs, ping-pong table, 1 external bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin. Within an external staircase access to the 1st floor and the private terrace (75 sqm) with terracotta tiled floor. Guests have unforgettable views from the terrace onto the green valleys of Camaiore until the sea, the island of Elba and the lake of Massaciuccoli. The terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs and sunbeds invites you to relax, to have an aperitif while admiring the sunset or dine under the starry sky.
There is another outdoor area with a table and chairs, located at the entrance of the house, perfect for your breakfast – convenient because there is a stove outside – excellent for snacks and light meals.
Entrance within the terrace: kitchen with table (extractable for 12 persons), fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fire-place (working), TV, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin, 1 walk-through room with 2 single beds, tv, wardrobe, 1 double bedroom with 1 bunkbed and exit onto the terrace.
Access from the terrace to the garden (1‘000 sqm), which is set in terraces and completely fenced, equipped with traditional brick barbeque, small table and chairs for your dining al fresco, set on earth octagonal swimming pool (4,50 x 3,50m, depth: 1,20m) with sun-umbrella and deckchairs.
All needs were foreseen by the owners and taken care of – mosquito nets on the windows, electric roller shutter, unlimited WiFi access, welcome pack and for your pets a pillow and bowl.
Parquet tiled floors and bright furnishings. Parking within the grounds (max vehicle height 2.20 m; max vehicle width 2.50 m), there are 2 mountain bikes at the guests’ disposal.
The house is equipped with a perimeter anti-theft system and video surveillance (video surveillance is activated only when the alarm is activated).
Eventually 2 additional children on requests at the reservation.
