Welcome to our charming studio in the Heart of the Marais extremely well located just a few meters from the famous Place des Vosges, its shops, cafes, restaurants and cultural venues. Nestled in a typically Parisian building, our apartment will immerse you in the heart of Parisian life and offer you easy access to many tourist sites. Friendly, modern, bright, and fully equipped, my accommodation is ideal for a successful stay as a couple or solo

Air-conditioned apartment:
• Located on the 5th floor with elevator (4th floor by elevator and 5th by stairs)
• 1 living space consisting of a living room with a double bed 1 small dining area with table and chair for 2 people
. 1 fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washer-dryer)
• Television and Wi-Fi connection
• 1 shower room with sink (without toilet)
. 1 separate toilet
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest, and cleaning is carried out by a professional agent to ensure your apartment is spotless when you arrive.
We sincerely hope that your stay is as pleasant as possible.
