Charming Garden Apartment in Le Marais

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, in a beautiful and lively neighborhood with many cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and very easy access to the metro and buses, making it ideal for exploring Paris. The apartment is on the ground floor and overlooks a quiet garden, which made it peaceful despite being in the city center. We visited Paris in July during very warm days, but the portable air conditioner and the fan kept the apartment comfortable, so we never felt too hot. We never met the host in person, but the communication was very good. We received clear instructions for the self check-in and for everything we needed during our stay, and everything went smoothly. Overall, we had no major issues and truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We would happily recommend this apartment, especially because of its fantastic location.

The only downside was the bed. It is a mattress on a loft platform, which was not very comfortable or practical for us. Fortunately, the sofa bed was much more comfortable, and we decided to sleep there instead.

No breakfast. But the location was excellent and the AC worked well!

Location is amazing, incredible restaurants and cafes right outside and around every corner, with excellent walking along the Seine. The facilities within the apartment were also wonderful - coffee pods for the machine, dishwasher tabs for dishes and detergent for clothes if needed. Really thoughtful.

Beds were not bad, but not great. If you’ve got a delicate neck/shoulder situation it may not suit you best. Little bit of general maintenance needed (damp in bathroom, mould in washing machine soap dispenser, loo seat a bit loose). But really minimal compared to everything it was.

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und er/sie war immer ansprechbar. Die Lage ist gut und ruhig zum Hinterhof. Außer wenn Müll von anderen Mietern entsorgt wird (vor allem Glasgeschepper). Der Raum liegt direkt neben dem Müllraum. Die Farben der Einrichtung sind schön in senfgelb und petrol gehalten. Der Raum war sauber und ordentlich. Und nahe der Metro, Bus und Geschäften, Boulangerie und Bistros.

Das Bett war eine Matratze auf dem Boden auf einer Anhöhe im Raum. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank, nur eine Aufhänge Stange. Eine Kaffee Maschine war vorhanden, allerdings passen die Tassen nicht drunter. Der Raum ist eher dunkel und es hat viele Lampen, die allerdings nur indirekt beleuchten.
