Location was great, very charming and comfortable place.
The first floor entrance was pitch dark! Wifi was extremely weak, so we ended up just using 4G cell connection.

El departamento nos pareció muy acogedor y limpio. Camas cómodas. El baño de buen tamaño y presión de agua. La zona también es muy linda y nos pareció tranquila.
Si bien sabíamos que la cama de arriba tenia un acceso un poco difícil es algo que al usarse se complica. Tampoco hay ascensor, se sube por escaleras.

De locatie is ongelofelijk, ook de inrichting is smaakvol en een gezellig appartement.
Wanneer ik stuurde voor extra informatie naar de host kwam er geen antwoord, wel de automatische berichten werden verstuurd. De wifi laat qua snelheid de wensen over.

The location was very convenient for access to the metro, the bus and for exploring Paris on foot. There were endless dining options close by as well as a few grocery stores.
The property was not terribly clean and some of the furnishings seemed due for replacement.
There was a sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom that at times was so strong it was literally nauseating.
The shower head was dysfunctional.
The heater in the main living area did not work. We reached out to the management on the first night we were there. Eventually they got back to us and told us that the air conditioning unit also had a heat function, that didn’t work either. After 7 nights there was still no heat.
We were disappointed with our stay.
