Beautiful apartement with A/C, 71 square meters, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the 1st floor with lift, on the street. Beautiful view on Bastille.

kitchen opened on the living room with fridge, freezer, hotplates, oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary for cooking, washer/dryer, hoover, iron and iron table.
1st bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, hairdryer.

1st bedroom with a 180 x 200cm bed, bedside tables, 4K smart TV.
2nd bedroom with a 180 x 200cm bed, possible to split it in 2 beds of 90 x 200cm, 4K smart TV.
2nd bathroom attached to the 2nd bedroom with shower and WC.
The linen is provided (sheets and towels). Electric heating. A/C.
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

Nice place and conveniently located for a week in Paris. Property managers were wonderful and happy to help. We visit Paris twice a year and I would recommend this apartment to others as well as stay here again. Thank you to the host!

This apartment suited our needs perfectly - we were a party of four - two couples - the bedrooms are separated by the living space - one has an ensuite bathroom and the other bathroom is easily accessible (toilet separate from sink and shower) from the second bedroom. The king beds were very comfortable with nice linens and pillows. There were plenty of good sized towels, as well as a washer/dryer combo. The open shared living space was spacious and the clean design with kitchen against the wall worked well. The apt has lots of natural light and you can see the Place de la Bastille tower from the living room and bedrooms.The location was excellent - easy walk to shops and restaurants (including the Marais) and right on the Metro No 1 line for easy access to all of the main tourist attractions. Also very close to the new outdoor walkway on old elevated train tracks modeled on NY's High Line.Communication with hosts was easy - they were very responsive. Gregoire went out of his way to let us in early when we arrived which we very much appreciated. Check out was simple as well. The only small criticism I have is that they do not provide coffee pods, tissues or bar soap (they will provide shampoo and body wash for a fee). That said, all other cleaning materials (for the washer dryer/ dishwasher, etc.) are provided and the apt is very well equipped with kitchen items, hair dryer, iron, etc.All in all a wonderful spot to which we would readily return!

My husband and I, with another couple, stayed for five nights at this is lovely apartment. It has large windows and was recently renovated. The location is excellent. There was one maintenance problem which was quickly resolved. Overall, a great spot!
